Roof racks are awesome.  They stay out of the way when not needed, offer a secure and elegant way to transport your bikes, and can carry canoes, kayaks, and extra cargo.  Only one problem,  you need a car to put it on.  Well, we have an orphaned roof rack system in need of a car to call its own.
